CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of your event within 72 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of your reservation. 100% of applicable charges will be assessed. If you have supplied a credit card for your deposit, the deposit amount will be applied to your credit card upon confirmation. All deposits become the sole property of Foundation Room and will be forfeited upon cancellation for goods and services rendered in good faith.

CHECK-IN POLICY
Foundation Room Lounge reservations must check in for their table no later than 10:30 pm.
The Foundation Room Lounge will open at 9:00 pm on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.

DRESS CODE POLICY
The Dress Code Policy is in place to maintain the sophistication of a selective club for professional and personal entertaining, while embracing attire that fits within the genre we promote for our nightlife. To achieve this, all attire is welcome with the exception of shorts, sandals, hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sports apparel, tank tops, sneakers, and athletic shoes. Design and logo collared shirts, dress shoes, jeans, and blazers are encouraged, as long as the design is tasteful and any markings are intentional from the designer.
